Ok so here's another flip in West Chester, Pa that we're trying to get done fast as well if this snow ever stops and I can get the outside done. This wasn't a foreclosure or anything, just a very nice lady who wanted to sell her house to me. The best part of the real estate business is relationships and I am always excited about helping others no matter what situation they are in. This is fun stuff. Now let's see how fast we can do this...
